William S Hardman

William S. Hardman was born in Gainesville, GA on August 27, 1949.  After graduating from the Univeristy of Georgia in 1972, he earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Atlanta Law School and was admitted to the Bar in 1975.  He is admitted to the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia,  United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.  He has served as Solicitor of the Juvenile Court of Hall County (1982-1986) and Judge Pro Tempore of the Juvenile Court of Hall County (1989-1998).

Mr. Hardman has extensive experience handling appeals in criminal and civil cases.  We have prosecuted and defended appeals in the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
